What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to this website and its contact form. It does not cover third-party platforms you may reach through links (e.g. Polygonscan, QuickSwap, Safe, X/Twitter, Discord) — those services process data under their own privacy policies. Interactions with the Polygon blockchain itself are described in the Blockchain Data section below.
Website, Hosting & Third Parties
Hosting — Framer
This website is built and hosted with Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, Netherlands, acting as our processor under an Art. 28 GDPR data processing agreement. When you load any page, your IP address and standard technical data (browser type, requested resource, timestamp) are processed on Framer's infrastructure (AWS, Cloudflare) to deliver the site. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating a functional, secure website. Transfers outside the EEA are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Web fonts are self-hosted on Framer's infrastructure — no connection to Google Fonts servers is established.
Analytics — Cookieless
We use Framer Analytics, a privacy-focused, server-side measurement tool (events.framer.com). It counts page views and approximate visitor regions in aggregate form. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, which is why this site shows no consent banner. No cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles, no sale of data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in understanding aggregate site usage.
Tailwind CSS CDN
Parts of this website load a styling library from cdn.tailwindcss.com, operated from the United States. When your browser requests this resource, the CDN operator technically receives your IP address. No cookies are set and no profile is created. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in the correct visual presentation of the site. This transfer to a third country is limited to the technical delivery of the file.
Domain & E-mail — IONOS
Our domain and the mailbox info@fractibase.com are operated by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, under a signed data processing agreement (AVV). E-mail correspondence you send us is stored on IONOS infrastructure in Germany. IONOS does not host this website.
Contact Form
What Happens When You Submit
The contact form collects your name, e-mail address, and message. Nothing is transmitted while you merely visit the page — data leaves your browser only when you actively click send. On submission, the data is processed via Google Apps Script (Google LLC, USA) and delivered to our mailbox. This constitutes a transfer to a third country, safeguarded by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and occurs solely upon your action.
Purpose & Legal Basis
Your data is used exclusively to answer your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent, given by submitting the form). We do not use contact data for marketing, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Retention
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, and are deleted afterwards unless statutory retention duties (e.g. commercial or tax law) require longer storage. You can request deletion at any time.
Anti-Spam
The form uses a hidden honeypot field and server-side validation to filter automated spam. No CAPTCHA service and no third-party anti-bot tracking is used, so no additional data is collected for this purpose.
Blockchain Data
Public On-Chain Data
If you interact with the $FBASE smart contracts using your own wallet (e.g. via a decentralized exchange), your wallet address and transaction details are recorded on the public Polygon blockchain. This data is public by design, replicated worldwide, and immutable — neither FractiBase nor anyone else can alter or delete it. FractiBase does not operate the Polygon network and does not control this processing.
No Wallet Connection on This Site
This website does not request wallet connections, does not read your wallet address, and does not link on-chain activity to your website visit. Trading of $FBASE takes place on third-party decentralized exchanges under their own terms and privacy policies.
Your Rights
Access, Rectification, Erasure
You have the right to obtain confirmation whether we process your personal data, to receive a copy of it, to have inaccurate data corrected, and to request deletion where no legal duty requires us to keep it (Art. 15–17 GDPR).
Restriction, Objection, Portability
You may request restriction of processing (Art. 18), object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21), and receive data you provided in a structured, machine-readable format (Art. 20). Objections are honoured unless compelling legitimate grounds prevail.
Right to Complain
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl. If you reside in another EU/EEA state (e.g. Germany), you may equally contact your local data protection authority.
No Automated Decision-Making
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. Aggregate, cookieless analytics cannot be traced back to you as an individual.
